If you would prefer not to register through our secure third party system, you can now register your team by emailing uclahoopsforhealth@gmail.com with the names of your team members no later than December 31st, 2010 and bring a check with the appropriate amount to the event. Please address all checks to "CMA Foundation". Thank you!
