If you would prefer not to register through our Paypal system, you can now register your team by emailing uclahoopsforhealth@gmail.com with the names of your team members no later than Friday, January 22, 2010 at 5PM and bring a check with the appropriate amount to the event. Please address all checks to "CMA Foundation". Thank you!
